Day 1: Departure

Depart to Amman, Jordan aboard your Transatlantic overnight flight.

Day 2: Arrival in Amman

Upon arrival into Amman, we are met, assisted with luggage, and taken by private motor coach to our hotel. Dinner and overnight Amman.

Day 3: Petra Exploration

Breakfast at the hotel. A full day of sightseeing as we travel south King’s Highway to the incredible city of Petra known as the “Rose City” carved into pink limestone cliffs and crevasses. Petra was the Capital of the Nabatean Kingdom. Known as one of the 7 Wonders of the World as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be awed as you stand before The Treasury, the 3000 seat Theatre, a Palace Tomb built Roman style, a Monastery, & much more! In the distance we can spot Mount Aaron said to be the burial place of Aaron the brother of Moses. Return to Amman for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Madaba, Jericho, and the Dead Sea

Breakfast at the hotel. Our excursion takes us to Madaba, the City of Mosaics, and home to one of the world’s largest collection. Madaba also has the oldest map of Palestine known to exist. Nearby, we will visit Mt. Nebo; the memorial to Moses - presumed to be the site of the prophet’s death and burial place. We head north to the Jordan/Israel Border and cross into Israel. We will make a stop at the Jordan River to visit the site where Jesus was baptized. You are currently at the lowest Point on Earth! Another highlight of your day will be a float in the mineral rich Dead Sea; know as one of the best natural Spas in the world. Do not hesitate to dig under your feet and put its mud all over yourself. Not far you will witness the Mount of Temptation. Our next stop will be Jericho known as the oldest still standing city in the world. View its ancient ruins and excavations with a stop at Elisha’s Fountain. As we continue North to Tiberias, we will make a stop at Beit Shean to view some of the most extensive archeological ruins. Dinner and overnight Tiberias

Day 5: Sea of Galilee and Capernaum

After breakfast we will take a boat ride on the calmness of Sea of Galilee. Time will be given for worship and prayer before continuing to Capernaum; the center of Jesus’ Ministry and the Synagogue where He preached. Next off to the Mount of Beatitudes, almost hearing “Blessed are the Peacemakers” from the Sermon on the Mount; visit the site of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fish. Baptismal Services in the Jordan River. Dinner and overnight Tiberias

Day 6: Nazareth and the Coast

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we visit Nazareth, the boyhood home of Jesus and where he helped His father in the carpentry shop. Stop at the Church of the Annunciation where the Angel told Mary she would bear a son, the Messiah! Afternoon, continue on to Megiddo - the Biblical site of the Battle of Armageddon where we see Solomon’s stables and the water tunnel. Also view Mount Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration. Our excursion continues to , Mt. Carmel and the beautiful Bah'ai Temple and Gardens. Along the coast to Caesarea, an ancient Roman City with its Aqueduct built by Herod the Great in 22 BC. Here, Cornelius was baptized by Peter and Paul was brought to trial. We continue our drive south for dinner and overnight Bethlehem.

Day 7: Bethany and Bethlehem

After breakfast our first stop this morning with be the city of Bethany where we visit the New Church built over the House of Mary and Martha as well as Lazarus' Tomb. Our sightseeing takes us back to Bethlehem to the Church of the Nativity built over the grotto where Jesus was born. Time will be given for visiting olivewood shops along its little town streets. Shepherds' Fields and Rachel’s Tomb before returning to your hotel. Dinner and overnight Bethlehem.

Day 8: Jerusalem Old City

Breakfast at the hotel. A drive to the top of Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the Old Walled City. Then, it’s a walk down the Palm Sunday Road to the Church of the Ascension; the Church of All Nations; and to the Garden of Gethsemane. Afternoon excursion to Mount Zion for a visit to the Room of the Last Supper; Caiaphas House; and the Tomb of King David. Close by is the Pool of Bethesda. Wear comfortable walking shoes for this afternoon’s sightseeing is inside the Old Walled City. We visit the Western Wall (Wailing Wall); the Temple Mount; outside visit Dome of the Rock; following the Way of the Cross to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and Calvary. Special access to the Western Wall Tunnels will also be included! Dinner and overnight Bethlehem.

Day 9: Garden Tomb and Holy Sites

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning “Special Worship Service” at the Garden Tomb and Calvary. We again enter the Old Walled City to the Cave of Betrayal of Jesus and Tomb; the Chapel of Flagellation; the Chapel of Condemnation; walk the Lithotrites; and view Antonio's Fortress. Dinner and overnight Bethlehem.
